This app does not provide account registration or login features, and it does not collect direct personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, or payment information.

However, the following types of information may be collected to improve usability and analyze the service:

• User ID or device identifier
• Approximate location information (city, region, country level)
• App usage records such as app launches, screen views, button taps, Mandalart creation/editing/deletion, ToDo checks, and use of AI suggestions
• Product interaction information related to in-app feature usage flows
• Goal information entered when requesting AI suggestions (for example, central goal, card goal, or some content entered in the current card)

In addition, Mandalart and ToDo content entered directly by the user is generally stored locally on the device and, in the current version, is not transmitted externally except when the user requests the AI suggestion feature.

2. How Data Is Stored and Processed

Mandalart and ToDo data created by users is primarily stored in local storage on the user's device.

However, some information may be processed by external services in the following cases:

• Analytics processing to improve app features, analyze usage flow, and enhance service quality
• Processing to generate AI suggestions
• Processing for AI usage management and feature operations

The app does not collect all user input without limitation. Only the information necessary for each purpose is processed.

3. Information About the AI Suggestion Feature

The app provides an AI suggestion feature to help users create Mandalarts more easily.

Only when the user explicitly requests the AI suggestion feature, some goal information entered by the user may be sent through the server to an external AI service in order to generate suggested items.

This information is used only for generating AI suggestion results, and if the user does not use the AI suggestion feature, no external transmission for this purpose occurs.

4. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for service analytics, feature operations, and the AI suggestion feature.

The current version may use the following external services:

• Mixpanel: app usage analytics
• Supabase: authentication, feature operations, and AI usage management
• OpenAI: AI suggestion feature

These services may process information only to the extent necessary to perform their respective functions.

5. Advertising and Analytics Tools

This app does not currently use any advertising SDKs.

However, it uses Mixpanel analytics tools to analyze usage flow and improve the service. Through this, product interaction data such as app launches, screen views, and feature usage, as well as some identifiers and approximate location information, may be collected.

Collected information is used for analytics purposes only and not for ad tracking.

6. Purposes of Use

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Improving app features
• Analyzing screen and feature usage flow
• Identifying errors and usability issues
• Improving service operation quality
• Providing the AI suggestion feature
• Managing AI usage limits and feature operations

7. User Rights

Users can directly edit or delete data within the app. If the app is deleted, locally stored data on the device is also deleted.

In addition, the AI suggestion feature works only when explicitly requested by the user, and the user may choose not to use it.

The app follows the default security architecture of iOS and Android, and data stored on the device is protected according to the user's device environment.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The way personal information is handled may change due to updates such as changes in app features, the introduction of login features, expanded server integrations, changes in advertising or analytics tools, or changes in AI-related features. When changes occur, this Privacy Policy will be updated along with the app update, and users will be informed when necessary.
